Gabriel & Co., an independent jewelry designer and distributor located in Midtown, is looking for a Production Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on production and inventory performance to ensure business continuity through efficient manufacturing and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities:

 Analyzing and reporting on production performance including production times, production capacity and production quality.
 Analyzing and reporting on customer delivery time from order to shipping, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
 Analyzing and improving short and long term demand forecasts.
 Analyzing the stock inventory, production inventory and sales history to build a stock replenishment plan.
 Analyzing the raw material inventory and building a stock replenishment plan.
 Troubleshooting production system data issues as they arise.

Skills Summary:

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Management, Jewelry Production, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Experience:
 3-5 years in production in jewelry manufacturing required.
 2+ years experience using Microsoft Navision in a production environment required.
 Experience with writing logical, detailed and complete inventory planning.
 Experience with analyzing and improving production performance.

Computer Skills:
 Word, Vizio, Outlook, Microsoft Navision
 Advanced Excel skills

Other Skills:
 Able to develop detailed level of benefit and return of investment analysis.
 Communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of interaction with internal and end customers and report writing.
 Exceptional organization and time management skills in a highly visible fast paced environment, managing multiple conflicting priorities.
 Strong quantitative and analytical problem solving skills.
